Recording stops after 18 sec

I have the Sports XDV 4K cam.
When recording @ 1080 60fps the video stops and only the sound wil be recorded.

Firmware version is 20160303v03
I can find any new firmware version.

Tried a few sd cards, 16 Gb and 64 GB class 10, formated in the camera.

Anyone a solution or the same problem?

Can you post the video file from the camera somewhere we can download it to see if it's a problem with your computer? Not YouTube - something like Google drive, drop box, mega, etc.

Does the video play on the camera itself? I apologize if the camera doesn't have a screen, I have not heard of this model before. Just trying general troubleshooting steps.

Can you find any firmware files at all? Maybe an older firmware will fix it. Just because it's newer doesn't always mean it's better.

Downloaded the file and mx player for Android thinks it's only 20 seconds long but then it plays 18 seconds of video (then video freezes) and it kept playing audio for another 20 seconds or so after the video froze. Makes me think there's something wrong in the headers of the file. If I knew more about how the file header was put together I could try modifying the file headers to see if maybe that would fix it. If that did fix it then it would show that there was definitely a bug in your camera's firmware.
